All orders will be shipped via UPS to the confirmed delivery address
     unless otherwise requested.  UPS will not deliver to a PO Box address.
     Those orders will be shipped via USPS.

     If your item is in stock, we will process and ship your order within
     three business days.  Please allow ten to fourteen business days for
     your shipment to arrive if an item is out of stock.
