You have the right to privacy and we respect and honor that right.  We will
never sell your information for any reason. Ever! We will only contact you for a specific reason, such as notifying you that your order has been shipped, sending your tracking number for UPS shipments or feedback to a problem that you have brought to our attention concerning a product or service. We are committed to protecting what is yours.

Simply Home Decor uses the latest, state of the art SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption with our shopping cart.  Their security program protects all of your sensitive information during transmission, such as your credit card information. 
You can be confident that we are taking all of the necessary steps to ensure
your privacy when you are shopping on line at our store.  If you phone or mail
your order to us, we will take all of the same precautions with your sensitive information.  We do not keep any personal or credit information on file.  We will
ask for all of your information each time you order with us.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Simply Home Decor wants you, our loyal customers, to be happy with all of your purchases.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied,  please contact us
by phone or by E-Mail to make arrangements to exchange the product or to return
it for a refund within 14 days of purchase.   All returns must be in their original packaging and must be returned to us in the original UPS stamped delivery box. 
If you made your payment by credit card over the website, phone or E-mail, we
will issue a refund back to your account when we receive the product and then notify you of the transaction. If you paid by check or money order, we will send
you a refund check within 5 business days of receiving the returned product. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.  There will be a 20% restocking fee charged to all returns.

SALES TAX

Under Florida state law, we are required to charge 6.5% sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Florida. This charge will be automatically added to
your order when you check out.
